Board of Directors

Officers

Beth is a retired fund development consultant. Prior to her fund development business, she was the Director of Day Services and Director of Development for East Shore Industries. Beth has served Girl Scouts since 1972 in several positions including two terms as president of Lac Baie council. Beth’s additional volunteer experience includes the Violence Intervention Project and League of Women Voters.

Marybeth is the owner and pastry chef for Midtown Bakery & Café. Her prior work experience was as a kitchen manager. Marybeth attended Wayne State University for engineering and Macomb Community College for commercial art. She was a Girl Scout for 12 years as a girl and has since served the organization in many ways, including Girl Scouts of Peninsula Waters product sales representative, board member, recognition committee member, camp cook, as well as serving as a council and national delegate.

Kelly is the Laboratory Manager for the paper science program at UW-Stevens Point. Her previous work experience was as an engineer and quality systems leader for Stora Enso. Kelly earned her B.S. in paper science with a minor in chemistry from UW-Stevens Point. Kelly participated in Girl Scouts from Brownies all the way through Senior, earning her Gold Award. She spent three summers working at a Girl Scout camp and began volunteering as an adult in 2003.

Jackie is the Chief Financial Officer of Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin in Menasha. She previously worked for Integrated Community Services as a finance manager and Virchow, Kraus, and Co. as a senior manager. Jackie earned her degree in Finance and accounting at UW-Oshkosh. Jackie’s Girl Scout experience includes serving as the cookie mom and as a troop co-leader.

Karen is the Director of Fuels Management for the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. Karen previously worked as the Director of Fossil Fuel Services at WPS Resources Corp. She earned her B.A. in business and her M.B.A. at Lakeland College in Sheboygan. Karen was a Girl Scout through high school and served on the Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council board of directors.
