Journeys

A key part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience is the leadership Journey, a coordinated series of activities grouped around a theme. Each Journey is tied to some of Girl Scouting's 15 national outcomes for girls, as defined in the Girl Scout Leadership Model. These outcomes are integral to the three leadership keys: Discover, Connect, and Take Action.

It's Your World Change It! Girl Scout Daisies - Welcome to the Daisy Flower Garden In this Journey for girl in grades K-1, a favorite pastime - gardening - meets the Girl Scout Law. The result is a storybook world of flowers and little girls who, together, do great things. More Information Girl Scout Brownies - Brownie Quest What are the most important keys for a Girl Scout to own? This quest, which has second- and third-graders traveling along two colorful trails—one they can enjoy on their own and one they explore with their Girl Scout group—answers that question in a very special way. More Information Girl Scout Juniors - Agent of Change Power. In this Journey, there's a whole spiral of it waiting for Girl Scout Juniors. The journey is filled with ceremonies and circles, real-life heroines, and special new characters, including the fashion-savvy spider named Dez. More Information Girl Scout Cadettes - aMAZE: The Twists and Turns of Getting Along Life is a maze of relationships and this Journey has Girl Scout Cadettes maneuvering through all its twists and turns to find true friendships, plenty of confidence, and maybe even peace. More Information Girl Scout Seniors - GIRLtopia Girl Scout Seniors know the world is not ideal. This Journey is their chance to imagine a perfect world—for girls. More Information Girl Scout Ambassadors -Your Voice, Your World: The Power of Advocacy How often have you seen something that really needed to be changed and wondered, "Why isn't someone doing something about that?" This Journey gives Girl Scout Ambassadors a way. More Information

It's Your Planet - Love It! Girl Scout Daisies - Between Earth and Sky Daisies and their flower friends take a road trip, exploring what sprouts up across the country as they learn how to protect what needs protecting. As they zip along in Lupe's petal-powered car, the Daisies witness some of the wonders and woes of nature. More Information Girl Scout Brownies - WOW! Wonders of Water Brownie friends explore the Wonders of Water and Ways of Working as a team. Brownie ELF is back for the Very Wet Elf Adventure. In real life, the Brownies might just hold their own "Green Tea for the Blue Planet "as they earn their Love, Save, Share and Wow awards. More Information Girl Scout Juniors - Get Moving! Juniors explore the energy inside them, the energy used in their spaces and the energy of getting from here to there. A new comic story, "¡Vamos Ya!" will inspire the action (walking school bus, anyone?) and Dez is back with some wit as she tries to figure out life "off the grid." More Information Girl Scout Cadettes - Breathe Cadettes engage all five senses as they clear the air-their own and Earth's. While measuring air quality and acting to improve it, girls also find their flair, think about "Hair," and perhaps try an éclair. From smoking to deforestation, they get an aerial view of many issues! More Information Girl Scout Seniors - Sow What? Girls investigate the 'food network'. (No, not the cable channel, the real one that gets food to our tables!) As they ponder the 'dirt' on land use around the world (corn's a big issue!), girls think about who and what they can cultivate en route to earning the Harvest Award. More Information Girl Scout Ambassadors - Justice Through the ages and across the world, people have yearned for justice. And yet, injustice – for Earth and all its inhabitants – continues all around us. It's Your Story - Tell It! Girl Scout Daisies - 5 Flowers, 4 Stories, 3 Cheers for Animals! In this journey, Girl Scout Daisies enjoy a fictional story about their flower friends. They learn just how much they can care for animals and for themselves and how confident that makes them feel. More Information Girl Scout Brownies - A World of Girls In fun, flip-book format, one side is devoted to fictional stories around the world. The other side has stories of their world closer to home. The girls follow through on clues and enjoy a fun and challenging experience that strengthens their confidence and gives them a chance to better the world. More Information Girl Scout Juniors - aMUSE In aMUSE, Juniors gain an understanding of just how limitless their potential can be as they combine storytelling with the many roles--real and creative--that the world has to offer. Girls will have fun trying on roles and learning about people and the power of real-life action and leadership. More Information Girl Scout Cadettes - MEdia Cadettes put the "me" in MEdia as this journey encourages them to explore the great big multi-media world around them and then remake media to better match the reality they know. Along the way, Cadettes become aware of the value of media, its limitations and effect and the power they have to lead and inspire others. More Information Girl Scout Seniors - Mission: Sisterhood In Mission: Sisterhood, Seniors harness the magic of stories to widen their networks and ignite the energy of sisterhood to create real change in the world. As Seniors expand their friendship borders, they boost their confidence and make the most of their leadership skills. More Information Girl Scout Ambassadors - Bliss: Live It! Give It! In Bliss Live It! Give It!, Ambassadors dream big, now and for the future while encouraging others to dream big too! They explore their values, strengths and passions as a way to open doors to wonderful, new adventures. Designed as a flip-book, Bliss Live It! inspires girls to pursue their dreams while Bliss Give It! encourages girls to assist others in pursing theirs. More Information
