Eleven-day trip to Europe in June of 2014

In London, visit Windsor Castle, the Tower of London, and the WAGGGS World Centre, Pax Lodge.
In Paris, experience the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Adelboden, Switzerland is the way to WAGGGS World Centre Our Chalet with a full international Girl Scout experience.

Travel Pathway pre-trip activities are required and include learning the ropes of traveling abroad and getting to know your trip companions.

Cost: $4,999/girl, $5,375/adult
Deposit of $95 to reserve your spot.
A payment plan and money-earning opportunities are available.

Cost includes airfare, ground transportation, comfortable hotel accommodations, breakfast and dinner daily, a full-time tour director and local guides, and the most extensive safety and security regulations in the industry. How do I register?

How much does it cost?

Cost: $4,999/girl, $5,375/adult. Deposit of $95 to reserve your spot.

Is there a payment plan?

There is a $95 fee due with your application. Once you register you must catch up with the minimum payments due. You may make payments ahead of schedule and/or pay more at a time if you wish. If necessary, you can also make small payments at more frequent intervals, as along as on the day a payment is due your trip total is equal to that required. Statements will be sent out periodically to inform participants of their trip totals.

Money earned during Money Earning Opportunities will be applied directly to the girl’s account (if she participates).

Remember you can make payments with Cookie Dough & Fall Bucks after each product sale. The final payment is May 16, 2014, if you haven’t received your Cookie Dough by then, but want to use it towards the trip you can still put it towards the trip when you receive it after the payment date, and then get reimbursed the difference!

How old do I have to be to participate?

Yes, Girl Scout adults and alumnae are welcome to travel with the group to Europe.

What is the cancellation policy?

150 days or more prior to departure
Full refund less the $95 Enrollment Fee and a $300 cancellation fee.*
149 to 110 days prior to departure
Full refund less the $95 Enrollment Fee and a $500 cancellation fee.*
109 to 30 days prior to departure
Full refund less the $95 Enrollment Fee and 50% of the Program Fee.*
29 days or less prior to departure
No refund will be issued.

Cancellation with replacement

150 days or more prior to departure
Full refund less the non-refundable $95 Enrollment Fee.*
149 to 110 days prior to departure
Full refund less the non-refundable $95 Enrollment Fee and a $100 substitution fee.*
109 days or less prior to departure
Replacements can no longer be accepted.

Cancellation with replacement refers to a participant who cancels but finds a person to replace him or her for the same program. The replacement’s enrollment form must be submitted at the same time as the notification of cancellation.
