Facilities & Rentals

Our properties are situated on some of the most beautiful land in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. From lakeside to prairie, meadows to pine forests, a unique GSNWGL property awaits you.

All properties (except the Green Bay Service Center and Marquette Business Office) are available to rent for meetings, retreats, getaways, parties, receptions, reunions, and more! Situated between native prairie land and pine forest, the Appleton Service Center is next to Bubolz Nature Preserve and has many unique features. With access to several miles of hiking trails which are groomed in the winter for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, this is the perfect choice for group outings, business meetings, weddings, and reunions!

Schofield Service Center

Located in the beautiful Wausau Homes Scout Center, which is shared with the Boy Scouts’ Samoset Council, our Schofield Service Center is tucked away in a wooded area just off Highway 29 and along the Eau Claire River. Conveniently located near Yellow Banks Park and various restaurants and shops, this the perfect place for meetings and group activities.

Camp Birch Trails, Irma, Wisconsin

Camp Birch Trails, Irma, Wisconsin

Surrounding Lake Olivotti, Camp Birch Trails (CBT) is GSNWGL’s largest camp. CBT features a main lodge, platform tents, cabins, yurts, a large dining hall, and a swimming area with a sandy beachfront and large dock. In the winter, a sledding hill and groomed trails with a limited number of snowshoes are available for use.

Camp Cuesta, Bailey's Harbor, Wisconsin

Located in breathtaking Door County and adjacent to the Door County Land Trust’s 647acre Kangaroo Lake Preserve, Camp Cuesta features a heated lodge, tent cabins and tent sites, a screened pavilion, and an open playing field.

Camp Del O’Claire, Wausau, Wisconsin

Bordered by the Eau Claire River and near Yellow Banks Park, Camp Del O’Claire’s main lodge is available for comfortable overnight accommodations. This camp is conveniently located just between Weston and the hustle and bustle of downtown Wausau.

Camp Nawakwa, Cornell, Wisconsin

Overlapping with about a mile of the Ice Age Trail, Camp Nawakwa contains three lodges, a dining hall, a multi-purpose room, yurts, platform tents, tent cabins, and an amphitheater. There are also hiking trails, a large playfield, waterfront area on Picnic Lake, ponds, and a glacial kame.

Camp Pow-Low, Gwinn, Michigan

Camp Pow-Low features 1,200 feet of frontage on tranquil Mehl Lake and a number of hiking trails, canoes, kayaks, and rowboats to make your visit memorable! Facilities include a large heated newly renovated lodge, brand new shower house, platform tents, Adirondack cabin, and a pavilion.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Wisconsin Rapids, Camp Sacajawea’s small private lake, creek, treehouse platform, and hiking trails are a must-see. Camp Sacajawea also has two lodges, a program center, heated cabins, and tent sites for your group to enjoy!

A hidden gem surrounded by trails of the 1,000 Island Nature Preserve, Camp Winnecomac offers an expansive, versatile property in a secluded setting. With excellent hiking and groomed cross-country skiing trails, two main lodges, tent cabins, yurts, and unit shelters, this is the ideal choice for those in the nearby Fox Valley and Green Bay metro area.

Camp Property Patch Program

Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes is excited to debut the NEW Property Patch program! This program is a great way to take in all our camps have to offer on your own. Renting a GSNWGL camp gives girls a unique opportunity to explore camp with their friends.

Our camps are situated on some of the most beautiful land in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. From lakeside to prairie, meadows to pine forests, a unique GSNWGL camp awaits you.

At each of our seven camps, we have five activities troops can work together to complete. Once all five activities are completed, troops can purchase the property patch through our shops. Start earning your badge today!
