Join us!
Every Girl Scout in the jurisdiction of Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes is welcome to attend! It will be a wonderful opportunity for girls from all over northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to meet and mingle.
Early Registration Deadline has been extended to May 19!
Registration is now open. Download registration information and form here. Remember that girls must register by May 19 in order to receive a free council ID strip at the Kick-Off!
Activity Booths
Troops and groups are invited to host an activity booth at the Kick-off. The booth must be Girl Scout-related and feature a science, technology, health and fitness, nature or historical activity that the audience can participate in. No craft projects, please! Troops are responsible for their own supplies. Electricity is not available in the Atrium. For more information, please contact Anne Moody at 800.236.4475 or email her at anne@lacbaiegirlscouts.org.
Scheduled booths include:
- SWAPs - Bring your own special SWAPs to trade with girls and troops from throughout our new council!
- Army Reserve 432nd - Visit this booth to write cards and letters to the troops overseas. They will also be collecting items for troops such as Power Bars, shampoo and movies.

Transportation
A subsidy will be
available for full buses travelling 150 or more miles each way to the event. Click here for the form to submit for reimbursement.
Lodging

The day's activities may include:
- Special appearances by award-winning singer/songwriter Teresa, GSUSA National Board Chair Patricia Diaz Dennis, and more! (For more information about our special guests see below.)
- Optional events will include tours of Lambeau Field and the Hall of Fame!
- Every pre-registered girl attendee will receive a free Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes Council ID strip for her uniform!
- An historic aerial photo to commemorate this special day!
- Activity booths hosted by troops, groups and organizations.
- Opportunities for Girl Scouts to exchange SWAPs!

10:00-11:00 am Performance by Green Bay Stars Hmong Dance Group
11:00 am-12:00 pm Performance by Teresa
12:00-1:00 pm Stage performance with Juliette Gordon Low and Lord Robert
Baden Powell
1:00-2:00 pm Official Ceremony, featuring parade of flags, legacy council
presentations, and speeches by National Board Chair Patricia
Diaz Dennis, and GSNWGL CEO Mary Charles
2:00-3:00 pm Aerial photo taken, all attendees are invited to participate.
(Depending on weather and other factors, the photo may be taken indoors)
Activity booths will close during this time.
3:00-4:00 pm Performance by Hip Hop Girls 5:00 pm Event closes
