GLAD (Girls Leadership and Development Summer Camp)

Girls will improve their self-image and confidence, counteracting the negative and unhealthy body images they are constantly being exposed to through
media; learn about making good decisions in caring for themselves through fitness activities and healthy food choices; gain confidence by developing
leadership skills; and learn positive ways to express themselves. There will be two parallel sessions for grades 1 - 4 and 5 - 8. Programming for older
girls will include fun, interactive science and math activities.

Bighorn Ranch offers an outdoor arena and round pen, free petting zoo, trail rides, day camps, lessons, and horse training. You can even send the
horse-crazy girl in your life to the ranch for an unforgettable summer experience. A typical day at camp includes morning lessons, trail ride, lunch
afternoon trail ride, and a free hour for more trail riding or other camp fun.

Participants of the Honor Guard dedicate themselves to serving the people and the state of Michigan. Girls must be willing to put service before their
personal free time during their stay on Mackinac Island. As this is a very strenuous program, girls should reconsider applying for this program if they have
a serious medical condition that would prohibit them from walking long distances, both up and down steep hills.

The Wisconsin Roller PunkS is a Non-Profit junior flat track derby program, open to girls ages 10-17. The TWRPS program is a roller skating program designed to develop character, confidence, and leadership by teaching the basics of the sport of roller derby. TWRPS season runs from November 7 -
February 6th and includes twice weekly practices on Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm and Saturdays 10:30 am-12:00 noon. The TWRPS will then be able to show
off their skills in 2 of the Paper Valley Roller Girls' halftime shows, and in a private bout for friends and family. This is not the roller derby you used to
watch on TV! We subscribe to the following governing principles: Safety; Sportsmanship; Full Participation (everyone gets to play). Check out our website
