End of the Year Party Ideas
Discover Girl Scout Camp
Organize a party for Girl Scouts and non-member guests to come and learn about Girl Scout camps. Use the Camp Fun activity packet to find camp songs, games and snacks for your party. Encourage all of the girls to look through the Summer Program Adventure Guide and circle the programs they like.
Hold a Girl Scout Fair
Ask girls to invite non-member friends and their parents. Create displays of various activities: troop community service projects, events, badges, etc. Serve food, make a craft, complete a badge activity and have troop leaders talk to parents about Girl Scouting.
Mom, Me and My Teddy Bear Tea
Invite Kindergarten through 3rd grade non-member girls and their moms to participate in a tea party with their teddy bears. Have fun with teddy bear crafts, games and songs and acquaint parents and girls with all that Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts has to offer.
Choose Your Own Adventure
Sometimes girls reach about 5th grade and the troop pathway no longer fits their schedules or interests. For girls around 5th through 7th grades, invite members and non-members to a party to explore ALL of the adventures available to girls through Girl Scouting. Explore awards and leadership opportunities and all pathways including events, camp, series and travel.
