GSNWGL Blog: Volunteer Appreciation Month

Blog Post Headers

Throughout April, help us give extra recognition to the important impact Girl Scout troop leaders have on the lives of Girl Scouts and their families. April 22 is a very important Girl Scout holiday – it’s National Girl Scout Leader Day! We are fortunate to have so many amazing volunteers donate their time and energy to provide your Girl Scout with an opportunity to make friends, build confidence, and make a difference in their world. We hope you’ll join us this month as we shower our dedicated troop leaders and volunteers with all the love and appreciation they deserve.

Need some inspiration? Here are ways you can thank your Girl Scout’s troop leaders.

- Offer to help at a Girl Scout event or activity.
- Buy them a cup of coffee or treat them to lunch.
- Pamper them with a relaxation kit.
- Tell them how they have impacted your Girl Scout’s life.
- Send them a thank you card.
