Be part of the magic at the 2023 National Girl Scout Convention in Orlando, Florida! Surround yourself with thousands of your Girl Scout sisters from around the world while enjoying world-class entertainment, inspiring presentations, and edge-of-your-seat thrills. This Girl Scout party only happens once every three years, and it’s going to be phenomenal in 2023 as our Girl Scouts take over Walt Disney World Resorts!
Your registration fee includes:
- Roundtrip airfare
- Ground transportation in Orlando
- Most meals
- Convention registration fee (entrance to entertainment, Hall of Experiences, national bridging ceremony and more!)
- Hotel accommodations
- Day trip to a theme park
Payment details:
- Secure your spot with a nonrefundable $250 deposit.
- Full payment will be due by March 1, 2023.
- If you wish to use Cookie Dough or Fall Bucks towards this travel opportunity, do not wait to register until you have these in hand as the tour may fill quickly. Once you receive your Cookie Dough or Fall Bucks, you can email info@gsnwgl.org to apply these credits to your registration balance.
- A limited amount of financial assistance may be available for this travel opportunity. If you wish to request financial assistance, please pay the $250 deposit with a credit card and select Financial Aid as your payment type.
Cancellations:
- Should you need to cancel your registration for this tour, your deposit cannot be transferred or refunded. To receive a refund (less the $250 deposit) we must receive your cancellation by March 1, 2023. To cancel, email info@gsnwgl.org.
Eligibility:
- This tour is for registered Girl Scout Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador members of Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes and a limited number of registered Girl Scout adult volunteers. Adult volunteers will participate alongside the girl members and will be assigned chaperoning duties to support all travelers on this tour.
