Follow along in the Troop Start-Up Workbook on the six steps to starting a troop: inviting girls, inviting adults, setting a meeting schedule, opening a troop bank account, registering members and hosting a parent/caregiver meeting. This is a live, virtual training on Zoom and is a required session for all new troop leaders and assistant troop leaders.
