Over the course of a weekend, Trout Unlimited volunteers will teach you how to observe a stream, collect flow data, sample macroinvertebrates (aka aquatic bugs), and you'll get to make your own flys and try fly fishing. And each night, after you explore the world of streams and fly fishing, we'll have some traditional camp fun with campfires, songs, s'mores, and games! Participants will receive a STREAM Girls journal, the STREAM Girls fun patch, meals throughout the program, overnight accomodations in a fully furnished cabin, and all program materials. One registerd Girl Scout Volunteer must accompany their troop or individually regisetred Girl Scout. This program will take place at Beaver Creek Reserve in Fall Creek, WI and the cost is $50 per participant.
