contact you as programs for your campers age level become available in
the order in which registrations are received. .
You must accept the CampDocs invitation to receive your
Parent Information Packets via email and other vital information
regarding camp.
Basic confirmation information is available on our website and
a more detailed Parent Information packets will be available on our
website in May and emailed to you 3 weeks prior to arrival. Included
in the Parent Information packet will be arrival and departure
information, packing lists, etc.
CampDocs: for your campers
health profile information, this must be completed a minimum of 3
weeks prior to arrival.
Trading Post: to pre-purchase items for
your camper you must follow the Trading Post link in GS events for the
date of your campers program.
Transportation Home:
transportation (via 15 passenger van) only arrives at the Appleton
Girl Scout Service Center on Friday afternoons-space is limited, must
be pre-purchased through GS Events for the date your camper will
arrive home.
If using a camp certificate, financial aid, Fall Bucks, Cookie Dough or paying full, you need to make the minimum camp deposit to reserve a space. If a balance remains, we will follow up. Deposits are refunded if other payments result in an overage.
Final camp balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
