Join Girl Scouts and future Girl Scouts from across the council at Camp Birch Trails for Fall Fest Camporee 2026!
Girl Scouts can join as a troop or with a registered Girl Scout Adult for the whole weekend or simply come for the day on Saturday. Activities include boating, fall crafts, archery try-it, dessert over a campfire, share your SWAPS, and more!
How it works:
- The base event is on Saturday from 10am - 3pm. Lunch is included.
- Most activities are designed to be done at your leisure. Participants can come and go as they please.
- Some activities have limited capacity and will be assigned at check-in on a first come-first served basis.
- Children 4 and under are free.
- Lodging is available as an add-on at an additional cost. All meals on Saturday are included. Check-in begins at 6pm on Friday and check out is at 9 am on Sunday. Lodging is booked per bed not per troop - some groups may be sharing a space with others.
- Troops staying overnight are invited to decorate a portion of a spooky trail.
- We will have a cozy campfire at the waterfront Saturday after dinner.
- Graebel Lodge: Sleeps 24 dorm style, bunkbeds, electricity, heated, flush toilets, showers.
- Yurt Village: Each yurt sleeps 10, bunk beds, electricity, pit toilets, 5-7 minute walk to Shower House
- Maple Cabins: Each cabin sleeps 6, bunkbeds, electricity, pit toilets, 15-20minute walk to Shower House
- Tents: Bring your own tent and campout in the playfield. 3-5 minute walk to Shower House and pit toilets.
- High Ropes is available as an add-on for 6th grade and older.
- The Girl Scout Mobile Shop will be at this event, so be sure to snag some Girl Scout Swag!
Non-Girl Scout Members are welcome to join the day event.
Pre-registration is preferred; however, walk-in registration will be available on-site the day for Saturday only.
Bring a Friend! Girl Scouts would bring a friend who is not a Girl Scout member will receive a gift at check-in for them and thier friend.
