We are looking for fun, outgoing people who enjoy working with youth and volunteers and want to help us make the world a better place! The Youth and Volunteer Coordinator is part of a larger cross-functional team providing customer care and ensuring the strength of the Girl Scout Movement. They are responsible for encouraging youth and adult volunteer participation and community partnerships through community cultivation, lead generation, and follow-up. Prior Girl Scout and/or non-profit experience is not required. This is a full-time opportunity, but we would consider part-time options. Bilingual Preferred.

This is a part time role starting at $15 - $20 per hour.
Camp Birch Trails is a beautiful 240-acre sleepaway camp nestled in Wisconsin’s north woods, surrounding private Lake Olivotti with a sandy beach, swim and boating dock, and a charming mermaid bridge. Most positions require staff to be a minimum of 18 years old.
Assistant Camp Director (1): Assist in trainings, manage camp operations (bussing, housing, etc.), and assist in supervising staff. Oversee camp in the director’s absence. Minimum of 21 years old preferred.
Camp Assistant (3): Main responsibilities include; kitchen assistance, general cleaning, waterfront assistance and office assistance. This position requires staff to be 15-17 years old. Preferred completion of CIT II program.
Counselor (6): Participates, supervises, and directs a group of campers in general camp activities. Develops, strengthens, and respects the interests and differences among campers. Teaches activities and skills to campers.
Head Cook (1): Plans, prepares, and cleans for meals and snacks. Oversees all kitchen staff and volunteers. Order food and maintain inventories, records, and other paperwork. Makes sure that all safety and health standards are met. Supervise camp assistants.
Health & Safety Specialist (1): Give care in cases of illness and accidents. Distribute medication as needed. Keep track of supplies, records, and appropriate paperwork. Ensure that health and safety standards are being met. Minimum of 21 years old preferred. EMT, First Responder, Nurse, Doctor preferred.
Trip Leader (2): Trains, prepares, and leads campers on wilderness trips (backpacking, canoeing). Assumes responsibility for health and safety of campers. Maintains equipment. Minimum 21 years old preferred.
